So my good friend and make me laugh alotER (yes its a word look in my dictionary!) Noveen Benoir is not only a wonderful designer but what makes me love her even more is she really loves what she does. I love designers that really get excited about what they do. I mean that's the point really! So when Noveen goes Bella look at this isn't it just too cute!!!
